Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 45 days before departure. Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $100 admin fee. Cancellations 30–59 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Travel Insurance
We require all travelers to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
Liability
Wanderlux Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, local operators). While we carefully vet all partners, we cannot be held liable for third-party service failures, weather events, natural disasters, or government actions beyond our control.
Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather, or logistical issues. In such cases, we will provide comparable alternatives. Significant changes entitle you to a full refund if the alternatives are not acceptable.
