Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before departure. Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 or more days before departure receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations 30–59 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Travel Insurance
Wanderlux Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and lost or delayed baggage. We can assist in arranging coverage through our partner providers.
Limitation of Liability
Wanderlux Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). While we carefully vet all partners, we cannot be held liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services arranged directly by us.
